If you or your pet is not fully satisfied within 30 days, you can simply return your Real Scooper in its original packaging for a full refund.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and has been cleaned before sending it back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, which may range from $40 to $60, depending on your location.
Please notice that if the returned product is not in a clean condition, a cleaning fee of $65 may be deducted from your refund.

For orders placed during the official website, we offer a one-year warranty, providing coverage from the date of the order.
