Shipping Policy

  • The LALAHOME RealScooper will be available for purchase in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Canada and the Czech Republic. If you are not located in these countries, we are sorry that we will not be able to fulfill your order. We are still exploring possible delivery options, and we will let you know if there are any updates.
  • All orders on Lalahome.com are shipped by UPS, or Amazon FBA. It generally takes no later than 5 business days to process and dispatch orders from the warehouse.
  • We offer free shipping on orders of $50 and more for continental United States. A flat rate of $6 will be added for orders less than $50 for contiguous United states.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment.
  • A complete, correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it won’t be able for us to change the shipping address..
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. 
  • If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please snap some photos of the damage to the box and contact the carrier. We are not responsible for any errors made by the post office.
  • Currently, the following addresses cannot be delivered: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
