Sent the wrong fountain made for the bigger one. Contacted you multiple times via email and website. Nobody contacts me back to return the wrong one and ship the correct one. No phone number on your website contact information. If no contacts me in a few days I will dispute the charge and get my money back.

The bags are very heavy and well made. They fit into the box very well and I expect that they will last for quite some time. Every single aspect of this item is as good as I thought it would be. Thank you for making a quality product that works very well with the cat litter box house.
Great cat litter box. Not as huge as I was worried it’d be, but larger internal space than my previous unit. And it feels safer for my kitties too. Very happy with it.
I never was the type of person who would say that I wanted a smart cat litter box to replace my stainless steel one but here I am writing this review for one. My desire to get one of these came from my asthma, emphysema and 3 lung operations that left me with half my lung gone. As the years have gone on I noticed that getting so up close and personal with a traditional litter box at least 3 times during a day have left me with a much harder time breathing than it used to do. Since I like a clean smelling home (and who does’nt?) I started thinking long and hard about buying an automatic litter box. After doing so much research on them I decided that LalaHome was the box I could deal with. I did not want something that was harder to clean than what it seemed a lot of them were. That fact about this smart litter box really helped make my decision easier. Also I think that the level of noise is low and it would not terrify my cat who happens to think hiding is the only way to avoid new things. Also I wanted a box that would have the litter refill built in as well as safe guards so it would not be running in case she happened to decide to be in it while it was cleaning. One of my issues was also the space it would take up since I live in a studio apartment. This one was perfect for the space I had left for where the litter house would stay and it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. The last thing I wanted to say I was sure that the product should be one that was built well enough so that it wouldn’t just give up and stop working in less than a year. This one was basically easy to set up, understand it’s operation and maintenance and that it does what it’s supposed to do. I still have not taken my cat’s old litter box away yet because I will do so once the litter runs out and she’s had some time to get used to the new one that’s sitting there waiting patiently for her to start using it. I think I was very impressed with the quality, ease of use and also the app itself because it basically does everything for controlling how it works. I love that this house has updates and that the customer service answered me back very promptly when I had a question for them. If you are looking for a reputable company then look no further because I was very satisfied and impressed with what I’ve seen. This would also make a great gift for anyone who has a cat. Thank you for making this so that it is easy to upkeep and track my cat’s bathroom habits because she has medical problems.
I have had a great experience with Lalahome and the Real Fountain, the best fountain on the market by far. I was able to order replacement filters and there was not a long delay at all for the replacement filters to show up in plenty of time. I'm stocked up now for a couple years lol. Thanks again for making a great product.

Love my lala automatic litter cleaner! It has helped this 75 year old have an easier time caring for my kitties!!
Our cat always watches during the cleaning process. When this happens, the device stops, which is great. The cat loses interest and walks away. Then the device starts again after 10 seconds, the cat comes back to watch, and it stops again. Unfortunately, she keeps doing this repeatedly. Idea: If this is detected twice in a row, the device should wait for 15 minutes before restarting. Our cat's poop clumps are small, and they often slip through the fingers. She is still a kitten. Idea 1: Offer a second set of fingers that are closer together. Idea 2: When the fingers are moving, the motor detects when it has reached the litter. Then it moves 5 cm forward and 3 cm back. This way, more litter is picked up or sorted. Idea: The app should offer the option of a night mode, which defines a time frame during which no cleaning takes place. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the litter box.
Great for the price! There are some features that are missing that would be really useful. 1. Allowing full manual control (i.e. let the litter box be powered on but only scoop when manually told to do so). 2. Scheduling the time of day that it scoops. Scooping is louder than I expected and I feel like it wastes a lot of litter when it scoops; don't fill to the max line or it will just get pushed into the waste bin. The touch button controls on the litter box are a bit confusing so be sure you read the manual on how they work because the text is really small and you won't know that you have to hold for X seconds to do a certain action. I haven't been able to let the litter box fully run on its own while my cat adjusts to it slowly, but so far it seems like it will be good enough.
Our two cats absolutely love their Lala Home, they are fascinated by the sweeping and cleaning cycle!! They run over when it cycles, then the safety feature turns on and spoils their fun!! I was so glad to have purchased my Lala Home!!
Our family had used Litter Robot for years, however they always came apart and had difficulty cycling through and as a result our house smelled like a litter box. I was literally cleaning the bottom tray of the litter robot each day, and we have only two cats and our house still smelled. The real scooper is a game changer as it deodorizes and there is less litter on the floor as the tray catches it really well. I appreciate how you put the litter in the top and it adds more litter when needed. This is a lot cleaner option and it is over a hundred bucks cheaper than the litter robot. So happy we changed.
I did a lot of research before purchasing my LALAHOME litter box(for about a month and 1/2). One of my cats likes to shred plastic so Litter Robot and a bunch of others were not a good option as the litter sits on a rubber pouch, and LALAHOME's litter sits on a hard plastic tray. Love loading litter from the top! Didn't make sense to have to load it through the opening that is the cat's entry(spending too much $ to do that much work). The Sterilize/ Deodorize feature works, just have to tap them on the app a couple extra times a day to keep it at it's freshest. Also it really deodorizes the poop and urine clumps in the bag so that the smell isn't overpowering when changing the bag. Much less litter tracking than with a regular litter box. Had an issue with the rake that came with it, contacted the company (by email), and they sent a new one with rubber covered tines that work much better,very quickly. I've had it for over a month now and I love it and most importantly both my cats prefer it over the old box. I love not scooping and change the bag about once a week!
As you can see, I had the Petkit automatic litter box first. One cat is afraid of how the entire vestibule rotates, so the Real Scooper is a better alternative with the rake vs a rotating unit. I also like the self-filling top. A few suggestions for improvements: 1. The app doesn’t recognize that the top litter container is actually full (it still reads 0/5). 2. The scoop sometimes stays in a somewhat down position, taking up space inside the litter pan - it would be nice to have a “scoop reset” option that puts it back up into its out of the way resting position. 3. Wait at least 5 minutes before scooping after the cat uses. Sometimes the litter isn’t clumped completely and it just spreads the wet litter. Overall, I like it - but as with any new product, it could be tweaked to be even better.
I was sceptical, but it really works great. Well yes, the app need to be improved, but this 8s really hands free system and it match my dedicated space for liter box, like it was designed for it. It is very easy to clean, deodorization works good, it is silent in my opinion, but I cannot co parę with any other system. Definitelly this is good design. Hope it will be failure-free, as I already could not accept Daily manuał cleaning.

The extension worked perfectly. The Lalahome is working again without problems. My question is this: Why must I pay for this new electrical cord when the equipment is under warranty yet? I think that the manufacturer must pay for this new cord. Please, let me know. Thanks

Everything was well packaged and worked well once setup. Only issues I have are with the app. The download from google drive instead of the play store and the lack of tracking history are not great. One thing I would also like, given the smart home style options is a way to hook into Home Assistant
I had one of the early Real Scoopers that had the problem with urine leaking out of the front of the tray. I contacted LalaHome and they sent out a new tray with the fix. It arrived quickly and that seems to have fixed the problem.
